Terms of Use for Digital Assets and Technical Documentation

Effective Date: April 29, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Robocat Technical Partner & Media Resource Portal ("Portal") and utilizing any digital assets, technical documentation, or infrastructure specifications provided herein, you ("User" or "Partner") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms govern the professional relationship between Robocat Technical Infrastructure and authorized third parties regarding the utilization of proprietary resources.

2. Authorized Use of Technical Documentation

The technical documentation provided on this Portal, including but not limited to server node specifications, domain standards, and security protocols, is intended solely for the purpose of facilitating authorized technical integration with the Robocat ecosystem. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and utilize this documentation for internal technical development and maintenance purposes. Any redistribution of technical specifications to unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Branding Asset Guidelines

All branding assets, including logos, color palettes, and typography guidelines, are the intellectual property of Robocat. Partners are required to adhere strictly to the "Usage Standards" outlined in the Media Kit. Modification of assets, including alteration of colors, proportions, or orientation, is not permitted without explicit written authorization from the Robocat Media Relations department. The use of these assets must not imply endorsement of third-party products or services unless a formal partnership agreement is in place.

4. Infrastructure and Security Standards

Users of this Portal agree to maintain the security standards outlined in the Verification Guide. This includes the implementation of required SSL protocols and the validation of digital environments against official Robocat infrastructure specifications. Robocat reserves the right to monitor technical integrations for adherence to these standards. Failure to maintain the required security posture may result in the suspension of access to technical resources and API endpoints.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on this Portal, including text, graphics, code snippets, and data structures, is protected by international intellectual property regulations. Robocat retains full ownership and title to all resources provided. The provision of these resources does not constitute a transfer of ownership or a permanent grant of rights beyond the scope of the authorized technical or media activities defined in the Partner Agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Technical documentation and assets are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While Robocat strives to ensure the accuracy and availability of all resources, we do not guarantee that the documentation will be error-free or that the infrastructure specifications will meet all specific partner requirements. Users assume all responsibility for the implementation of technical standards within their own digital environments.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

Robocat Technical Infrastructure shall not be held responsible for any technical inconsistencies, data interruptions, or security vulnerabilities arising from the improper implementation of the provided documentation. It is the responsibility of the Partner to ensure that their technical staff is qualified to implement the specified infrastructure standards.

8. Modifications to Terms

Robocat reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Significant updates will be recorded in the Asset Updates (Changelog) section of this Portal. Continued use of the resources following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Partners are encouraged to review this document periodically to ensure ongoing adherence to our technical and branding standards.

9. Termination of Access

Access to this Portal and the associated resources may be terminated at the discretion of Robocat if a User is found to be in violation of these terms or the underlying Partner Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the digital assets and technical documentation and remove any proprietary specifications from their internal systems.
